旋转式压片机-ZP17D
本机是我厂最新开发研制而成的一种单压式自旋转连续压片机碞，它将颗粒状原料压制成各种普通及异形片，主要应用于制药工业的片剂生产，同时适用化工、食品、电子、塑料、粉末冶金工业部门。外围罩壳为全封闭，材料采用不锈钢，符合GMP标准。装有透明玻璃观察窗，能清楚地看到机器的工作情况且能全部打开，易于内部清理和保养。本机具有压力大，压片片径范围大，能压制普通，异形，环形等多种形状片剂，特别适合多品种，小批量生产。机电一体化，所有控制器及调节装置集中于机体一侧，易于操作。配有压力过载保护装置，避免机器损坏。采用油浸式润滑的传动机构密闭在机体下方，延长了使用寿命避免了交叉污染。
This machine is a single pressing type capable of auto rotation and continuous pressing.It may perss material in partcle form into all kinds of normal and special-shaped tablets,and mainly applies to tablets production in pharmacetical industry and in chemical,food,electronic,plastic and powder metallurgy industries.The completely enclosed external casing is made of stainless steel and conforms to GMP standard.Windows with transparent glasses results in clear watch of the working state of the machine and can be fully opened to achieve easy cleaning and servce of inside.The machine boasts high pressure and wide range of diameter for pressing.It can press ordinary,special-shaped,ring tablets and etc.,especially suitable for production of various categories and small quantity.The mech-electrical machine gathers all controllers and regulating devices at one side of the engine body for easy operation.Pressure overload protection device is furnished to avoid damaging the machine.Transmission mechanism by oil-immersed operation is enclosed below the machine body,which extends the service life and avoids cross infection.
