ZP100系列旋转式压片机是系列化产品，能广泛应用于制药、食品等行业压制各种规范的圆形和异形片剂。

该系列压片机符合药品生产和质量管理的GMP标准。压片电脑与传动机构完全分开，压片室无任何油漆，与药品接触的零部件均采用不锈钢材或经表面特殊处理，无毒耐腐蚀，压片室用透明有机玻璃窗封闭，防止污染，压片区域可从四面接触到，各种表面光滑，易于清洁。

ZP100系列压片机设有连续集中润滑系列，使传动系列道轨和主要摩擦部位得到充分的润滑，噪音和磨损减少，使维修保养费用大大降低，根据用户需要，可配置强迫加料装置，以满足粉状态等原料的充填要求。

压力、片厚、充填、速度调节手轮，各种指示灯、表牌、按钮均设在同一方向，观察、操作方便。

ZP100系列旋转式太片机采用组合设计，结构紧凑，每种型号90%以上的机件可以与系列中的其他型号通用，便于易损备件的管理和更换，模具采用IPT标准。
